- Office Hours at Westport Shopping Center/Mall
- Monday – Tuesday 12:30pm-5pm
- Thursday-Friday 11:30am-4pm
- Appointments Recommended – at times I may unexpectedly be out of the office or be busy with another customer.
- Also available by appointment. In-office on-site or online.
- Preferred calling hours are from 10 am -7:45pm any day
- Appointment times must start between 10am and 6pm
- Other times may possibly be scheduled ahead a time for an additional fee
- Appointments can sometimes be done the same day and usually within 1 business day. Available some but not all weekends.
- There is a $5 discount for work within 0.25 mile of bus routes of Brainerd/Baxter during bus route times or if technician is able to bike or walk.
- Start time is within an hour window.
- Online help is available also as a subscription service or a lower per incident fee.
