On-site Computer Help
- Help with Software, Hardware, and Networking needs
- Consultations, Planning, Installations, Maintenance, Assistance
- Help with software issues including installation, OS/drivers/Recovery, help with windows/mac software.
- Assist with projects
- Replace common parts on computers such as memory, Cmos battery, hard drives, optical drives, power supplies
- Configure wireless routers
- Help individuals, businesses, or organizations.
- To keep costs down, I only cary a limited supply of parts. Most parts need to be ordered online or bought at a local retailer.
- On-Site means I come to you. You do not come to
  me. No equipment is taken off site, with the exception of
  defective parts.
- Obsolete Policy: Windows 98, Me and AT machines are no
  longer
  supported. There will be only limited support for dial-up
  internet. Other systems may also not be supported.
- No smoking please while I visit – it’s also bad for your equipment.
- Price: $45/hour. $45 minimum charge. $90 maximum charge for labor (per device, per visit).
  - An additional drive time fee may also be applied.
  - Parts/software supplied by you, or I will order at cost plus any tax.

  and other computer and information systems concepts on an individual or
  group basis.
- One on One Training.
Web Site Design
- I can assist with designing, building, maintaining web
  sites.
- Advertise with Business Listings on my sites- Free option and featured option $22 a year

DVD Transfers and Digitizing Old Media
- from VHS, Hi8, and VHS-C Tapes; and prints, slides, film
  negatives, and digital photos.
- Good for slide shows with music for great memories. Nice
  for Graduates, Reunions, Birthdays, and Anniversaries.
- Up to 2 hours per DVD.
- You get up to 3 of each DVD at the price of one.
  Additional copies $4 each.
- $35 per 2 hours video transfer.
- $35 per 99 or less prints, slides, or film negatives $35
  for each 99 after that.
- $25 for 200 or less digital photos, $10 more for each
  additional 100 digital photos
- Music can be added
- Can also assist with putting your Document/photo/video content on the internet or your computer
